Buccaneers Hockey, LLC and MISF shall be responsible for maintaining the ice surface in good and playable condition, and for resurfacing/flooding the ice surface regularly during the dates and times rented. In the event Buccaneer Arena or MISF is deemed ‘un-usable’, the User shall have the option of selecting one of the following remedies in its own discretion: The User will be fully refunded (100% refund) for each hour of ice rental affected. Buccaneers Hockey, LLC and MISF shall jointly use their best efforts to promptly reschedule any and all affected DMYHA ice rental times at a mutually agreeable time

DMYHA weather closings
Buccaneers Hockey LLC and MISF shall make its own determination as to all arena closings due to inclement weather or road conditions. The arenas shall notify DMYHA of any weather related closings in a timely manner, and shall make reasonable efforts to provide a minimum of 2 hours advance notice of all such weather related closings. Following weather closings, the arena's staff and DMYHA shall jointly use their best efforts to timely reschedule and and all missed ice rental at a mutually agreeable time.
