09-10 House league updates

Believe it or not hockey season is right around the corner. We wanted to pass along this email to all DMYHA families regarding the 2009-2010 season. Included in this email you will see some dates that you will need to mark on your calendar and also the 2009-2010 DMYHA tuition fees.
New for the 09-10 season all registrations will be done online. No paper forms will be accepted. The DMYHA website has a very easy guide that will walk you step by step through the registration process. Registrations should be available online by July 17, 2009.
DMYHA is very proud to announce that we were able to lower some of the tuition rates for the 09-10 season. In addition no division will see in an increase in rates. The DMYHA board is very proud of this, last year we hired a full time hockey director and purchased 60 sets of equipment for the initiation players and were able to maintain our positive cash balance. The tuition fees for the 09-10 season will be as follows:
Initiation-$195
Mini-Mite-$395
Mite House-$500
Squirt House-$500
Peewee House-$500
Bantam House-$500
Midget House-$480
The above fees include the $36 membership fee to USA hockey. These will be the prices until September 4, after September 4 there will be a $50 late fee assessed.
Here are some important dates to remember heading into the hockey season:
8/14/09-4th Annual DMYHA golf outing at Beaver Creek golf course
8/15/09-DMYHA Sign up day at MISF-Come register for the 09-10 hockey season, ask any questions regarding the upcoming season, check out equipment from local vendors, get season ticket info from the Des Moines Buccaneers, and enjoy a great day of fun.
9/28/09-House evaluations begin
10/12/09-House league season begins
3/12/10-House season concludes
