"Thank you all for volunteering to assist with the work schedules.  It takes a lot of participation to pull-off a great tournament.  With that in mind, you are all officially on notice for possible recruitment this weekend.  Stand by activities might include assistance with the skills competition, chuck a puck, raffle table, announcing at games.  We recognize the need to be flexible with the schedule, especially on Sunday for the final round.   We appreciate your help!"
